I am very disappointed with Eagle Liner customer service, I bought a bus ticket from Bloemfontein to Pretoria, originally it was supposed to be an eagle liner but later they sent us sms's that they have changed it to an Intercity bus.
The bus was supposed to leave Bloemfontein at 5:25 am on Saturday 26 March 2022 but it came late,the fact that it came 1 hour 30 minutes late I understood,but when it got to Bloemfontein it was full.
The two bus driver kept laughing at us saying they don't care they are leaving,its either we stand up inside the bus or they are leaving, mind you the trip from Bloemfontein to Pretoria is 6hours and kept saying " why would we buy a bus ticket from Indians".
It was a really disappointing feeling, fortunately AMP company offered to take us to Johannesburg, even though that was the cases , the two bus drivers still refused to wait for us in Johannesburg so that they can take us to Pretoria.
I really feel Eagle Liner should train their bus drivers with customer service. Now I have paid for services which were supposed to take me from Bloemfontein to Pretoria, but I ended up having to make a plan so that a can move from Johannesburg to Pretoria.
I really feel they should look into these serious matter and plan accordingly in the future . I for one, know I will never use EagleLiner services again.
