Orario e modalità di lavoro – Incontro del 17 Giugno

Per un sindacato, informare i colleghi su quello che sta accadendo negli ambienti di lavoro è sicuramente un obbligo imprescindibile. Quando poi si tratta di argomenti oggetto di negoziati complessi e che potrebbero determinare una profonda innovazione delle modalità di lavorare di tutti, del modo di organizzare la propria vita professionale e quella personale, sarebbe giusto dare una informazione quanto più possibile chiara, corretta e, potremmo dire, preconcetta.
Questo è un obbligo morale che non può essere in nessun caso disatteso.
Purtroppo, l’informazione sconta anche il tenore di quello che concretamente avviene durante gli incontri e non sempre è facile dare notizie chiare, soprattutto quando si tratta di comunicare i contenuti di incontri privi di un concreto risvolto negoziale, ma al più di carattere tecnico/divulgativo e di mera elencazione delle reciproche posizioni.
Questo è proprio quello che è avvenuto nei diversi incontri che ci sono stati finora tra l’Amministrazione e i Sindacati sulla tematica della riforma dell’orario e modalità di lavoro.
Va però detto che, nell’incontro di giovedì scorso, la Banca ha fissato come possibile termine del negoziato il 20 luglio, e ha dichiarato che, pertanto, dal prossimo incontro si passerà finalmente a fornire una risposta chiara sui diversi punti oggetto del negoziato sulla base delle proposte avanzate dai Sindacati. Rimaniamo perciò in attesa di entrare nel merito degli aspetti più dirimenti per una firma e siamo pronti a lavorare fattivamente perché si realizzino le condizioni per sottoscrivere un accordo che i colleghi aspettano da tempo.
Rinviando al volantino (LEGGI) dell’Unità sindacale per la disamina sintetica dei punti discussi nell’ultimo incontro, come FISAC CGIL ci preme evidenziare l’atteggiamento tuttora fortemente critico della Banca su due aspetti per noi assolutamente essenziali per ragioni di equità e per garantire il rispetto di quei principi di Neutralità e Inclusione che rappresentano
