こんにちは、学びの場のデザイナ―・Ena Communication Inc.代表の樋栄（ひえ）ひかるです。「Yes, Andで世界を平和に」と大手外資系IT企業から独立し、Yes,Andな学びの場創出デザイナ―として、全国各地の企業さま、また、全国各地の大学や専門学校、高等学校、保育園や小中学校からもお声がけをいただき「人財育成研修」「出前授業」「出前哲学カフェ」、そして教職員の「教育力向上研修」なども提供させていただいています。「Yes,And」という考え方は日本の文化に根付く『おもてなし』『おもいやり』の考え方に似ています。相手やその状況そのものを受け入れ、そして自分の考えをのせて返す。言葉を言い換えると『おもいやり』または『想像力』です。 Yes,Andをグランドルールとするインプロ（即興演劇）をもちいたメソッドである、アクティブコミュニケーションメソッド（＝アプライドインプロ）で想像力からあらゆるコミュニケーション能力や思考力を鍛える学びの場を全国各地で開催しています。インプロ（即興演劇）は、コメディに分類されることもあり、わたしが創出する学びの場は、いつも笑いと遊び心に溢れています。樋栄ひかるの使命１『つながりを創る』わたしは時々波乗りに行きます。決して上手ではないのですが、波を真っ向から受けながらパドリングして沖に出て、ぽか～んっと波を待っている時間がとても好きです。あるとても晴れた夏の日。その日はとても穏やかな日でなかなか波がたちません。ボードの上に座っているとジリジリと身体が焼けていき、身体を冷やすために海につかってプカプカと波と戯れていました。そんなときふと・・・・・・わたしと海の境目ってどこだろう？！『すべてのものはつながっているんだ』という実感した瞬間でした。人と人だけでなく、人と意志、人と自然、人とモノ、人と空間、人と仕事、人と食事、時間と空間、モノとモノ、、、様々な『つながり』に意識を持ってみることの大切さを深く感じました。すべての「ものこと」に感謝の心をもつこと。 Yes,AndのYesはどんなことにも感謝の心がもてること。Yes,Andに出逢って、何事にも「おかげさまで」と謙虚になれる心を育めました。場づくりをしているわたしにとって、その場に集まってくださる方々にスキル向上や知識の提供は当たり前のことですが、それはすべてその場に集まってくださる素敵な方々がつながるプロセスやツールにすぎないと思っているくらいです。樋栄ひかるの使命２『自分らしくを楽しむ文化を創る』わたしは、自分自身にYes,Andできる社会への変革のための活動をしてきました。理由は、日本で生まれ育った人たちがもっともっと自分に自信をもって、日本人としての誇りをもって生きてほしいという願いが授業や研修を通してどんどん膨らんだからです。また、デジタル社会となり、あちこちのSNSで誹謗中傷を目にすること。また、同調圧力などによる生きづらさを感じている人がとても多いこと。ありのままの自分を受け入れ、ありたい自分（ポーラースター：北極星）を視覚化し、そのための行動を自己との対話を行い「自分らしくを楽しめること」。これは、自分へのYes, Andです。『あるがままの自分を楽しむことが出きる場』の創出、人と人のつながりを創ることを自身のテーマとして様々な活動を広げています。樋榮ひかるが講師を務める講座は、こちらのリンクからご覧いただけます。また、こちらからも講座をご提供しています。アプライドインプロファシリテーターアカデミア(AIFA)のコース
