Lyz Lenz previously served as Managing Editor before stepping down from the role in fall 2018 and joining The Rumpus Advisory Board.In January 2022, Alyson Sinclair became the owner and publisher of The Rumpus and Alysia Li Ying Sawchyn took on the role of Editor-in-Chief.

American literary journal. Ploughshares is an American literary journal established in 1971 by DeWitt Henry and Peter O'Malley in The Plough and Stars, an Irish pub in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Since 1989, Ploughshares has been based at Emerson College in Boston.
