تحریر: بی بی فرزانہ انسانی زندگی میں جزا اور سزا کا تصور لازمی ہے خواہ آپ کسی بھی مذہب اور معاشرے سے کیوں نہ ہوں٠ زندگی کے اچھے کاموں کے بدلے انسان کو جنت اور برے کاموں کے بدلے دوزخ ملتی ہے جو جزا اور سزا کے طور پر عطا کیے جاتے ہیں ٫ جرم کے بدلے جیل اور خدمات کے بدلےاخراجِ تحظیم پیش کیا جاتا ہے٠ اگر انسان محنت کرتا ہے تو اسکو آسودہ زندگی ملتی ہے اور اگر سست اور نکما ہوتا ہے تو پوری زندگی ٹھوکر کھاتا رہتا ہے ٠٠لیکن حیرت کی بات ہے کہ اسکولوں سے بچوں کے لیے سزا اور جزا کا تصور ختم ہوچکا ہے البتہ اساتذہ کے لیے یہ تصور قائم ہے٠کہنے کو تو اساتذہ روحانی والدین ہوتے ہیں لیکن معذرت کے ساتھ آج کل اساتذہ کی حیثیت ایک غلام اور کٹ پتلی کے سواء کچھ بھی نہیں ٫ جسکا کسی شاگرد پر کوئی حق و اختیار نہیں٠بچہ اسکول نہ آئے ٫ کام نہ کرے٫ لیٹ آئے٫ کام یاد نہ کرے نیز کچھ بھی ہو لیکن استاد کچھ نہیں کہ سکتا اور نہ ہی کچھ کر سکتا ہے٫ کیوں کہ استاد کے ہاتھ باندھ دیے گئے ہوتے ہیں کیوں کہ اسکولوں سے جزا اور سزا کا تصور ہی مٹا دیا گیا ہے٫ آجکل اسکولوں کا ماحول آذاد جنگل کی طرح ہے جہاں ہر جانور اپنی مرضی کے مطابق ذندگی گزارتا ہے تو معذرت اور افسوس کے ساتھ کہنا پڑ رہا ہے کہ جنگل سے جانور ہی نکلیں گے انسان نہیں٠امید کرتے ہیں کہ بہترین قوم اور معاشرہ قائم کریں لیکن قوم اور معاشرہ بنانے والوں کی ہی عزت اور وسعت نہیں رہے گی تو معاشرہ کیا خاک ترقی کرے گا ٠٠ہر چیز کے لیے استاد کو قصور وار ٹھرا کر کٹھیرے میں کھڑا کر دیا جاتا ہے یہ جاننے کے باوجود کہ استاد کے پاس کسی بھی چیز کا اختیار نہیں اور اساتذہ کے پاس کوئی سفلی علم یا جادو ٹونا نہیں کہ بغیر سزا اور جزا کے وہ تعلیم اور تعلم کے عمل کو قائم رکھ سکے ٠اگر آپ اپنے اسکول میں سزا اور جزا کے تصور کو ختم کر کے مٹا چکے ہیں تو آپ اساتذہ سے بچوں کے درمیان ہم آہنگی٫ اتحاد و اتفاق٫ نظم و ضبط قائم کرنے کی بات بھی نہ کریں کیونکہ ان سب کو قائم کرنے کے لیے سزا اور جزا کا ہونا لازمی ہے٠
