I've just bought a big order of clothes from roxx bkk. The order first took a while to come, then when it arrived I had a letter saying I had to pay import fees even though their website didnt mention anything like that at all and had it mentioned about extra postage (£25) on top of the £80+ I had already paid them for postage I would never have bought from the company. So the clothes turned up and they are really bad quality. The stitching is coming out of the waistbands of all the shorts so much that I think one wear or wash will break them. The tops all the stitching is coming out around the collar/ under arm pits and they are so big for the size we bought they are like a dress on me and I'm a size 20!! They are cheap thin pieces of material with bad prints that feel like tin foil clearly just ironed on and they are badly sewen together. Also there was lots missing from my order which they were going to send separately and expect me clearly to pay a second lot of shipping when I agreed to just wait for the whole order! I confronted them and I've been threatened, belittled, called a liar and an idiot, harrassed, only to mention a few things. They are violent thugs who threaten people into getting their own way. They told me if I don't close the case with PayPal then they will start taking money from me. I have no idea how but now I'm scared. Alll because I wanted a refund (which is says on their website you can have if the product is faulty) because if I pay over £200 on clothes you expect them to be good quality and being disabled and needing new clothes I can't just replace them all again now they have arrived and are unusuable. If you want to see the emails as proof I don't mind just ask, the person who did all this is called Svein. And it seems I'm not the first review about these people doing the same thing to others over and over.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. THE PERSON NAMED "SVEIN" HAS ANGER ISSUES. AS A CUSTOMER, I JUST SIMPLY ASK AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER, BUT HE SWEAR TO ME AND HE PROCESS A REFUND ON MY ORDER. HE ADDED THAT "I AM NOT WELCOME ANYMORE". I TOTALLY DID NOT UNDERST WHY HE DID THAT. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IS REALLY BAD.
